The Sisters’ Circle is a ongoing support group for teenage girls struggling with chronic saddness or anxieties. It is a safe place to connect socially with other girls struggling with similar issues, gain peer support and encouragement, and learn how to negotiate complex social interactions with peers and familiy.
Discussion topics include:
- Developing positive self-care
- School struggles
- Building inner strength and self-esteem
- Negotiating conflict with parents and friends
- Recognizing and coping with intense emotions

Join other parents of teens in a discussion about some of the toughest teen parenting topics.

Using Attachment Theory as the foundation, Josie Bohling, MFT and Uriah Guilford, MFT will offer reflective discussions and skills to support you in finding your own style and mastery as a parent of a teenager.
